: Research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and ethics approvals were obtained from the University of New South Wales Human Research Ethics Committee (HC220332) and the State Education Research Applications Process for the New South Wales Department of Education (2022075). The trial was registered with the Australian and New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry (ACTRN12622001114730) on the 12th August 2022.To obtain consent, participating schools were asked to email the provided information about the study to parents/carers including a video description, an information sheet, an opt-out consent form, and an invitation to attend an online information session. Parent opt-out refers to the parent choosing that their child would not participate in the school-based study. For parents/carers who did not opt-out their child from participating, the child was invited to participate in the research at school as part of a class activity. Children gave their informed consent to participate on the date of the baseline assessment. Teachers distributed the survey link to children in-class and read aloud a script with information about the study. If children consented, they proceeded to the questionnaires (for full details, see Methods section).
