: The study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Jordan University of Science and Technology (Ref.: 153/147/2022, date 31.03.2022). All participants provided informed written consent before participating in the study. For illiterate participants an alternative procedure was followed by having a witnessed written consent (by someone not associated to the study), after all information was read out to the participants and verbal consent was given. Further, caregivers were also asked to consent to their children’s participation, which was subsequently followed by asking these children’s assent.
