Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Turin (protocol no. 0565208 of 27/9/2024) and designed in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association. Students and their parents were provided with written explanations of the background, purpose and aims of the study.
