: The study approved by Institutional Ethical review committee of the Institute of Health Sciences, Wollega University (Ref. No: IHSREC/04/140/ 2024), before data collection and the supporting letter obtained from both hospitals medical directors. The requirement of Informed consent was waived by Ethical review committee of the Institute of Health Sciences, Wollega University. Privacy and confidentiality was ensured during collection of patients’ information by coding data instead of using personal identifiers. Thus, name and address of patients were not recorded in the data abstraction format. The study protocol was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
