: All patient samples and clinical data were obtained with informed consent from the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan Province, China and three centers of affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University, Anhui Province, China. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University (2020-KY-121) and Ethics Committee of Anhui Medical University (2020-AH-114), and complied with the Declaration of Helsinki and good clinical practice guidelines. The mice were maintained under specific pathogen-free conditions in the Laboratory Animal Center of Zhengzhou University. Animal procedures were carried out in accordance with the ethical approval of the Ethical Committee of Zhengzhou University.
