Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All human glioma tissues and normal brain tissues were collected from patients who are undergoing surgery at the Department of Neurosurgery, Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. Informed consent was obtained from all patients and the project was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University.Four weeks old female BALB/C athymic nude mice were obtained from the National Laboratory Animal Center (Beijing, China). All experiments with nude mice were performed strictly abided by the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, and approved by the Animal Care Committee of Shengjing Hospital.
