: The Committee on the Use of Live Animals in Teaching and Research in the University of Hong Kong (CULATR no: 4005–16) approved all the experimental procedure involving animal experimentation.Surgically procured tumor samples from patients with nevus, primary cutaneous and metastatic melanomas were obtained in the Department of Anesthesiology, Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and Department of Pediatric Surgery, the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University with informed patients’ consent for research purposes.
