Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All glioma tissues and normal brain tissues were collected in Zhujiang Hospital, Southern Medical University. All methods were performed in accordance with the guideline approved by the Ethics Committee of Zhujiang Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from all patients included in the study.4–6 week old female nude mice were purchased from Guangdong Medical Laboratory Animal Center, China. All experiments with nude mice were conducted in accordance with local guidelines on the ethical use of animals and the National Institutes of Health “Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals”.
