Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committees of the Zhengzhou University and was carried out in accordance with the principles embodied in the Declaration of Helsinki. All in vivo animal experiments were approved by the Committee on the Ethics of Animal Experiments of Zhengzhou University. All treatments were carried out according to “Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals”. All surgical procedures were conducted under sodium pentobarbital anaesthesia to minimise animal suffering.
