: Patient sample samples were collected with informed consent and experiments were performed as approved by the University of British Columbia Children & Women’s Research Ethics, and conformed with standards defined in the WMA Department of Helsinki and the Department of Health and Human Services Belmont Report. Patient clinical information were de-identified prior to sample retrieval.Primary ALL cells engraftment in mice was performed in accordance with an Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee-approved protocol (A15–0187).
