: Zebrafish experiments were carried out under license ESAVI/31414/2020 and approved by the Project Authorization Board of the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland.Mouse experiments were carried out under licence N034/2018 and approved by the Authority for Health and Consumer Protection of the City of Hamburg. As intracardial injections were performed, the tumor burden could only be assessed by BLI and body weight (not allowed to lose > 10%). All animals were sacrificed simultaneously when first BLI signal was seen, none reached a weight loss of 10%.
