: GBM tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues were obtained from the surgical specimen archives of the Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University. To use of human clinical specimens in this study was approved by the review board of Fudan University (REC number: 2008–042–5370). All clinical investigations were conducted following the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Each patient provided written informed consent for the use of their resected tissues for research purposes. Diagnosis by imaging by CT/MRI, the pathologist graded and analyzed the clinicopathological features of GBM patients by WHO as grade IV by immunohistochemistry in this study. The informed consents were obtained from patients or their guardians, as appropriate. All animal experiments were carried out following NIH Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and approved by the Animal Care Committee of Shanghai University (ECSHU 2023–004).
