: In a pathogen-free environment, all animals were cared for and anesthetized before experimentation according to the “Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.” The Animal Welfare Review Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University approved the animal experiments in this study.
