: This study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The four samples of thymic epithelial tumors, along with their corresponding adjacent normal samples, were procured from Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. Written informed consents were obtained from all the patients. Five- to six-week-old male wild-type BALB/c nude mice were acquired from the Animal Laboratory of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. All the mouse procedures were conducted in accordance with the guidelines approved by the Ethics Committee. The study protocol received approval from the Institutional Review Board of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital.
