: Tissue samples used in this study, including GC and adjacent normal tissues, were obtained from patients who underwent radical GC resection in the Gastric Cancer Center at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University between 2017 and 2018. Each participant provided written informed consent, and the study was authorized by the Nanjing Medical University Ethics Committee.
