All specimens were acquired through the Plymouth Brain Tumour Biobank (REC No: 24/SC/0278; IRAS No: 345630) with approval from the ethics committee at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust and North Bristol NHS Trust. Ten additional samples were provided by the Department of Neuropathology Biobank at Heidelberg University Hospital, Germany (Ethics Approval No: S-318/2022).
