: The tumor and adjacent nontumor tissues used in this research were obtained written informed consent from the patients in the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. All samples in this research were all collected at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center and stored at -80 °C or 4% paraformaldehyde. These experimental protocols were approved by the Ethics Committee of Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (2407-ZZK-123).All procedures conducted on animals complied with the ARRIVE guidelines (EU Directive 2010/63/EU for animal experiments). All the experiments involving animals were performed according to protocols approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Northwestern Polytechnical University (202301196).
