: All clinical NB patient specimens were collected from Shanghai Children’s Medical Center (SCMC). The experimental procedures were approved by the ethics committee of Shanghai Children’s Medical Center, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China (SCMCIRB-K2023093-1).All animal experiments were conducted under the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)-approved protocols at SCMC following NIH and institutional guidelines. The approval number was SCMC-LAWEC-2023-061.
