: All animal experiments were performed in accordance with institutional guidelines and were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of the Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Approval No. SINH-2024-LLY-2). Male BALB/c nude mice (6–8 weeks old) were used for all in vivo experiments. Metastatic burden was monitored by bioluminescence imaging (BLI) using an IVIS Spectrum system (PerkinElmer). Immunohistochemical staining was performed on a commercial human colorectal cancer tissue microarray (TMA) purchased from Shanghai Zhuoli Biotechnology Company Ltd. (Shanghai, China) under approval number SHLLS-BA-22101102. The vendor confirmed that all tissue samples were ethically sourced and collected under Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved protocols with written informed consent obtained from all donors, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
