: This study was ethically approved by Institute Research Board (IRB) of Arba Minch University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS), Ethiopia, (reference number, IRB/1031/21). The permission was obtained from Boreda district health office to conduct the study. The study subjects were informed about the objective of the study and took oral consent before data collection. The trained data collectors used the pretested structured questionnaire to ask the patients in their home. The respondent’s confidentiality was maintained. All patients were educated on management of lymphedema after survey and they were linked to health facility which was near to them for morbidity management and disability prevention.
