Moreover, it was negatively correlated to its target gene; ET-I as well as FSI, HOMA-IR, PCOS phenotype; hirsutism score, ovarian volume, and AFC .we hypothesis that serum miR-320 expression level could be a non-invasive biomarker of PCOS and further study indeed to assess its potential therapeutic role as suggested by previous experimental studies.
