: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University (KYLL-2025(ZM)-663). Ovarian cancer (OC) tissues were prospectively collected from consenting patients undergoing primary cytoreductive surgery at the Department of Gynecology, with written informed consent obtained prior to tissue procurement.
