: The study was approved by the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD) (ref. number 223378) and by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK, ref. no. 214838) before the project initiation. Participation was voluntary, and no health-related information or outcomes were collected as reasons for calling 113. Only one SMS was sent to each caller, hoping to limit the potential burden of people being reminded of the call, as it was potentially a stressful situation for them.
