: Participation in the “Vossa-test” and the following web-based survey was voluntary. As neither patients nor real persons were involved as subjects for medical examination or treatment, a request for ethics approval according to the Health Research Act of 2008 was not applicable. The project was performed according to the requirements in the Personal Data Act of 2017. The project is registered in E-protocol within Helse-Bergen Health Trust (registration number 3478–3478). As a health service research project, Guidelines for Research Ethics in the Social Sciences and the Humanities (Revised version 2023) were adhered to at all phases of the project and development of this article.
