: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (World Medical Association [WMA], 2013) and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (Approval No: IR.MUI.MED.REC.1403.392). Given the critical nature of the patients’ condition requiring immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), informed consent was obtained from their family members.
