The study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences & Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital (Ethics approval number: 2025–583), the sponsor and lead institution, and will require approval from ethics committees of all participating centers. The trial is registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR2500112352).
