Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was accepted by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority on the 10th of February 2021 (reference number 2020–06899) and conducted in agreement with the ethical references of the Swedish Research Council, and the need for informed consent was waived by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority. The study was approved by SweTrau and NTR. No additional Norwegian ethical approval was needed since the work was approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority and conducted in Sweden.
