: Ethical approval was obtained from Institutional Review Board of Addis Ababa University, School of Allied Health Sciences, Department of Nursing and Midwifery. Ethical clearance letter and support letter was written to Sodo zuria district health office. And a permission letters were obtained from Sodo zuria district health office and respective kebeles. After giving clear and deep explanation about the aim of the study, all mothers that were involved in the study were asked for their willingness and informed written consent was obtained from each respondent. Persons who were unwilling to the response were exempted from the study. Anonymous data and the confidentiality of participants information was secured. And the study participants right to withdraw from the study at any time during data collection was respected.
