All patients provided written informed consent to the inclusion in this study of their data in a database and their use for scientific research purposes. Regarding patients younger than 18 years old, the informed consent was provided by their parents. Due to the purely observational nature of the study, after consultation with the Ethics Committee, it was exempted from specific approval.
