: The study was approved by the institutional ethics committee of the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital, IRCCS, Rome, Italy (protocol code: 2274_OPBG_2020 and date of approval: Rome, October 21, 2020). All methods were carried out in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Since this is a retrospective, non-interventional cohort study on de-identified aggregated data, no study-specific consent form was required. As part of routine clinical care at Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital, all patients or their guardians gave their informed consent on the use of deidentified aggregated clinical information for IRB-approved clinical research studies.
