: The Cairo University Faculty of Medicine’s Research Ethics Committee (REC) examined and approved the study procedure. Every procedure was carried out in conformity with the ethical guidelines established by the Helsinki Declaration, its later revisions, or other analogous ethical guidelines. Informed consent was obtained from all patients to be included in the study. Written informed consent from the mother of each patient was obtained after proper orientation regarding the study’s objectives.
