: The study protocol was notified to the Ethics Committee of the coordinating center (ethics committee for clinical trial – University Hospital of Padua – notification date 12 September 2022) and of each participating center. Formal approval by the Ethics Committee after the notification is not required according to national guidelines (AIFA determination 20 March 2018; “Guidelines for the classification and conduct of observational studies”; aifa.gov.it).
