: Ethical approval and permission letter were requested online to the DHS program at to access the data for this study, and the DHS program was granted permission through email. The data used in this study was freely available and did not contain any personal information. The research is done based on secondary data from DHS. Issues of informed consent, confidentiality, anonymity and privacy of the study sample were already done ethically by the DHS authority and we did not manipulate and use the data for other issues. There was no patient or public involvement in this study.
