: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical Committee approval was not required, as the General Authorization to Process Personal Data for Scientific Research Purposes (Authorization No. 9/2014) states that studies using identification codes—thus preventing data from being directly traced back to the data subjects—do not require ethics approval. Informed consent was obtained from parents at the first visit, during which they agreed that “clinical data may be used for clinical research purposes, epidemiology, the study of pathologies, and training, with the aim of improving knowledge, care, and prevention.”
