: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Injibara University under protocol number INU/CMHS/8423/17. Furthermore, permission letters were obtained from the heads of each hospital, who were informed of the study’s objectives before data collection began. To maintain data confidentiality, personal identifiers were omitted, and identification numbers were used instead of participants’ names.
