The ethics committee of Kyoto University approved the retrospective analysis of the Osaka-CRITICAL study database (R-1045), and the Centralized Institutional Review Board and Domain Specific Review Board in Singapore granted approval for the SG-PAROS database (ref no: 2013/604/C, 2013/00929 and 2018/2937) and Domain Specific Review Board (ref no: C/10/545 and 2013/00929).
