: The qualitative component of the study received ethical approval by the Queen’s University Belfast Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences Faculty Research Ethics Committee (MHLS 22_128). Interview and focus group participants provided informed consent. No formal research ethics committee approval was required for the anonymous online questionnaire. All procedures were followed in accordance with the ethical standards of the Queen’s University Belfast Research Ethics Committee and with the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki.
