: Data were extracted from a study approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Hospices Civils de Lyon (Comité Scientifique et Éthique des HCL, CSE-HCL; IRB 00013204; reference 24–5018) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
