: This study analyzed routine EEG data collected as part of standard clinical care. The data was fully anonymized (including only age, sex, disease, and EEG findings) and no identifiable patient information was used, so formal ethical committee approval and informed consent were not required, and the study complies with institutional/national guidelines for retrospective analyses of anonymized clinical data.
