Ethics approval and consent to participate: The institutional ethics committees of the two participating hospitals approved the study protocol (IIT2024-157-002 from Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing, China and KY-202505-01 from Beijing Fengtai You’anmen Hospital, Beijing, China). Written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled patients or surrogates. The study was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06816706) on 6 February 2025.
