: Mice were maintained under the guidelines of the NIH and Thomas Jefferson University. All protocols were approved and monitored by the Thomas Jefferson University Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.De-identified human tissue specimens from patients with bone metastatic breast cancer undergoing total hip replacement at Thomas Jefferson University were collected from consented patients.
