: All included patients were enrolled in the Sweden Cancerome Analysis Network – Breast (SCAN-B) study ( ID NCT02306096) [–], approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Lund, Sweden (Registration numbers 2009/658, 2010/383, 2012/58, 2016/742, 2018/267 and 2019/01252) as previously described []. All patients provided written informed consent prior to enrolment. All analyses were performed in accordance with local and international regulations for research ethics in human subject research.
