: Whole-mount processing of lumpectomy specimens were approved by the Research Ethics Board (REB) at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (Toronto, ON): PIN#192–2009. Need for consent to participate was waived since the research does not involves additional risk to patients. The study of lumpectomy specimens with molecular profiling assays and protein multiplexing were approved by the Sunnybrook REB: PIN#292–2014.
