: All patient information and specimens were obtained after written informed consent and were de-identified. Studies were conducted in accordance with the 1996 Declaration of Helsinki. Each biobank received institutional review board approval for banking of biological materials and associated clinical and biological data for purposes of breast and ovarian cancer research. The participating biobanks were located at the Centre Hospitalier University of Montreal (CHUM; BD04.002), the Breast Cancer Functional Genomics Group (BCFGG) Data/Bio-Bank from the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC; SDR-99–780; 2001–2025, SUR-2000–966, eReviews_1432, SUR-2000–966-T), and the CHU de Québec-Université Laval (DR-002–938).
