: Analyzed in this study are samples from patients enrolled in the Sweden Cancerome Analysis Network—Breast (SCAN-B) initiative. Ethical approval was given by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Lund, Sweden, for the SCAN-B study (approval numbers 2009/658, 2010/383, 2012/58, 2013/459, and 2015/277).
