The Penn Cardiotoxicity of Cancer Therapy cohort study (NCT01173341 registration date: August 2, 2010) was approved by the University of Pennsylvania Institutional Review Board (Protocol 811155). The present analysis was conducted under the same IRB approval. Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants enrolled in the Penn Cardiotoxicity of Cancer Therapy cohort prior to participation.
Consent to publication: Figure 1 displays de-identified axial CT images at the L3 vertebral level. The images contain no facial features, no body regions that could identify the participants, and no associated identifying metadata. No individually identifying participant data are reported.
