: We used the GTEx v7 data deposited in the database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP) of the NIH (project id phs000424.v7.p2). This project falls within the General Research Use consent group (GRU) of dbGaP. We gained access to the controlled-access data following guidelines described in the Data Use Certification Agreement corresponding to the GRU consent group, and we followed the use terms described in the same document.
