: The enrolled CLL patients gave informed consent for this study following the ICGC guidelines and the ICGC Ethics and Policy committee. This study was approved by the clinical research ethics committee of the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona. For healthy PBMC donors, the study was approved by the local ethics committee, and all the patients signed an informed consent.
