: The DIC pigs, wild-type Tibetan and Bama miniature pigs were housed in the animal facility of Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences or Guangdong Laboratory Animals Monitoring Institute. All pigs were maintained under standard housing conditions. Pigs were randomly assigned to different groups in the experiments shown above.
