: All data used in this study were collected with IRB approval or written informed consent from participants. The COVID-19 study was approved by the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center Human Research Protection Office (protocol #20-194). De-identified biospecimens and associated clinical data for the autoimmune disease cohort were obtained from the Accelerated Cure Project (ACP) Repository. These samples and data were collected at 10 major MS centers across the United States under a standardized protocol. All participants provided written informed consent, and collection and banking were conducted with IRB approval at the participating sites.
